Shipping is $10 for individual drop ships and $3.99 per person on party orders of 6 or more guests.
Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges
Initial Outfitters will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 90 days of product purchase date. Defective items may only be replaced with the same item and the exact same personalization. Please know that we work very hard to provide the most consistent handmade items possible, but there will be variations in size, shape, and color of handcrafted items. Except as expressly stated herein, Initial Outfitters makes no warranty or representation as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanship or any other warranty concerning any product or service purchased from or through Initial Outfitters. These variations can not be considered manufacturers defects.
Normal wear and tear can be defined as, but is not limited to:
- Sterling silver becoming scratched or dented.
- Sterling silver tarnishing (restore finish by using your polishing cloth)
- Jump rings opening after time (can be repaired with your pliers)
- Jewelry being pulled on by children and breaking
From time to time, due to circumstances beyond our control, items may be discontinued from the Initial Outfitters line with no advanced notice. Initial Outfitters has no responsibility for any orders taken for these items by consultants before or after notification is given.
Initial Outfitters reserves the right to examine each item that is being returned to determine if item has normal wear and tear and if the item in within the normal variation standards. Items will not be refunded, replaced, or exchanged if it is determined the product falls under these two categories. Consultant will be contacted to discuss returns under these circumstances.
All items that are being returned for a complete refund must be returned within 90 days of the product purchase. Personalized items can not be returned for exchange or refund. Original sales order numbers must accompany refund items. Please note that items purchased with Hostess credit may not be returned for cash. Hostess credit items can only be returned for exchange.
All items that are being returned for replacement will be looked at thoroughly to determine reason for replacement. Personalized items can not be returned for replacement, exchange, or refund. Original sales order numbers must accompany a replacement item, so that the returned item can be compared to the original item sent. Items may only be replaced with the same item and the exact same personalization.
Exchanges can only be made on non-personalized items. Personalized items can not be returned for exchange or refund. All items that are being exchanged must be returned within 90 days of the product purchase.
Return Shipping Charges
Consultant nor customer will be charged the $6 return shipping charge for any returned item that is a manufacturer defect or Initial Outfitters’ fault. The $6 return shipping charge will be charged for items that are exchanged due to customer or consultant changing mind about the original product ordered and for products that are returned outside of our 90 day warranty.
